i think dimeataceous earth will work too. also not harmful to the little ones.
Little late on this one, but we just found one of these in our place last week. Disgusting, but not harmful to humans or cats. Moves way too fast.

Just saw this on the wall in our living room. Looks kind of like what we always called "Silverfish." Any idea? Other than....EW.
